ABOUT US
With player-development at the heart of all that we do, UD aims to provide unique pathways for all children aged 2-16 years; regardless of where they are on their footballing journey.
Our age-appropriate coaching syllabus has been tailored to improve each player’s technique, physical development and social skill-set “The UD Way”.
Our 2 boys love their football lessons with UD!!!! We have always found the coaches very qualified, super nice and friendly. They know all the children and always make sure that each child is motivated and challenged to do better.
Where it all started
United Dragons began with a simple idea — that every child deserves the chance to fall in love with football. What started as a handful of players on a single London pitch has grown into one of the city’s most-loved grassroots clubs.
We’ve stayed true to that founding belief ever since: putting player development, enjoyment and community first. Today, children right across London and St Albans train, play and grow with UD, guided by a passionate team of qualified coaches.

The UD Way
Coaching built around the whole player.
Our syllabus develops the technical, tactical, physical and social sides of the game together — and it’s age-appropriate at every stage, so every child is challenged at just the right level.
From a toddler’s first touch to a teenager’s competitive debut, we meet players where they are and help them take the next step.

More than a club
Friendships, confidence and belonging.
UD is a community first. Alongside the football, we help children build confidence, make friends and feel part of something — and we welcome the whole family along for the journey.
It’s why so many of our players stay with us for years, and why our coaches love what they do.

Breaking down barriers
Breaking down barriers for Women to PLAY!
Kit, training fees, league fees, venue costs are just some of the obvious barriers that Women face in order to kick a ball.
At UD, our promise is that we break those financial barriers for our Women to play.
Whilst cutting down these costs, in no way are we taking our foot off the pedal – we want to ensure our Women are playing at a professional level, with professional standards.
Let’s go UD!
